Method of manufacturing a wakesurfing: We take great care in the manufacturing of our board of wakesurfing.All our wake surf boards are made in the best tradition of American using high quality materials and the latest technology surfboards.The basis of a wakesurfing: a bread-foam high density polyethylene and rot resistant to water infiltration is precut by a digital machine CN and finished by mechanical grinding and manual. This is the longest stage of manufacture and the largest one wakesurf. In addition to their undeniable ecological and aesthetic features, this bamboo or carbon stratification allows surfaces and rails to be more resistant to shock and heel hits.Finally, wakesurf board is varnished and polished to a flawless finish.All wakesurf are provided with a traction pad EVA foam (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) imputrécible, sun-resistant and waterproof.
